By accessing or using PX360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

PX360 provides automated analysis of construction-related documents for informational and advisory purposes only. PX360 does not provide professional engineering, architectural, or construction services and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any results. Nothing provided by PX360 shall be considered professional advice or a recommendation for any specific course of action.

You acknowledge and agree that PX360 is a tool designed to assist your document review process only. You expressly agree that: - You will not rely solely on PX360 for any decision - You will independently review and verify all documents and findings - You assume full responsibility for all bids, pricing, scope interpretation, coordination, and construction outcomes PX360 outputs are not a substitute for professional judgment or due diligence.

PX360 is provided "as is" and "as available." PX360 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including: - Accuracy or completeness - Fitness for a particular purpose - Reliability of outputs

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PX360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: - Loss of profits - Lost bids or missed opportunities - Project delays - Cost overruns - Construction or coordination issues - Loss of data or business interruption arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, PX360, even if PX360 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, the total cumulative liability of PX360, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for one (1) month of subscription immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PX360, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: - Your use of PX360 - Your reliance on any analysis or output - Any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from use of the platform

Governing Law: State of Connecticut Venue: Courts located in Connecticut Arbitration: All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration No Class Actions: Claims may only be brought individually Attorney's Fees: Prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable legal fees Jury Trial Waiver: You waive any right to a jury trial.

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

PX360 may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

PX-360® and the PX-360 logo are registered trademarks of PX-360. All other trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names appearing on this platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this platform should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the platform without the prior written permission of PX-360 or the respective trademark owner.
